The Role of the Sales Manager:
- Help to develop and execute an agreed to sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives
- Recruit a sales and marketing team
- Conduct initial and ongoing employee training
- Schedule, supervise, coach, and motivate sales and marketing teams
- Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory or management position
- Previous sales experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Office
- High school education or above
- Valid driver's license
